Through this 3 month nutrition empowerment program, you’ll learn what foods nourish your body, and understand how to support your nutrition day after day. First, we’ll delve into your unique health history and goals, then outline how to use movement, mindfulness, nutrition, habits, and rest to improve how you feel every day. Throughout the program, we will check in on your progress and test out new ideas to improve your progress.

I know from personal experience that there is no single magic solution to chronic health problems. Through my own health journey, I’ve learned how movement, chronic disease nutrition, rest, habits, and mindfulness all work together to help support my body and mind. I want to share this knowledge with others - real, useful data, and no gimmicks. I work one-on-one with my clients to focus on their individual nutrition needs. With science-based evidence, and zero scare tactics I’m here to simplify the process of supporting the needs of your body.

Hi, I’m Reneé. I’m a Louisiana native with a passion for knowledge and a personal understanding of what it's like to experience chronic illness. Through education and community outreach, I learned that many people need guidance in their health and nutrition journey. That led me to get a bachelor's degree in dietetics and become a certified menopause coach. And now, I’m here to help you.
