In our Nutrition Empowerment Package, we delve into your unique health history and current health plan to learn how nutrition can help you feel good every day. Together, we'll build a support plan to empower your nutrition journey. We’ll focus on movement, mindfulness, nutrition, habits, and rest to help you feel your best.

  1. Initial Deep Dive: We start with an in-depth session to understand your health history, current challenges, and goals. This is your first step towards making more informed decisions on your daily nutrition choices. Think of me as your personal nutrition coach!

  2. Personalized Plan: We outline actionable steps tailored to your needs. This will cover essential aspects like diet, exercise, and stress management.

  3. Ongoing Support: Over the next three months, we have regular check-ins, and two additional in-depth meetings to monitor your progress, adjust strategies, and introduce new ideas to keep you on track. You’ll get a total of three and a half hours of one-on-one time from me to help support your journey towards better health!

  4. Empowerment: By the end of our time together, you’ll have a clear understanding of the foods and habits that nourish your body. My goal is to equip you with the knowledge to improve your nutrition long-term.
